Works with the tools your team is already using

Why teams switch

Feedback gets messy fast. This keeps it tidy.

Most teams juggle a spreadsheet of feature requests, a support inbox full of the same suggestion twice, and a roadmap slide nobody has opened in months. MixFeatures replaces all of it with one board, one roadmap and one changelog customers actually read.

Every request in one place

See what customers are asking for, how often it comes up and who asked. Merge duplicates without digging through old tickets.

A roadmap the whole team reads

Move a card from planned to in progress to shipped, and know exactly what customers are waiting on.

Nothing ships without a changelog entry

Draft the release note next to the roadmap card, then publish it to your customers with one click.

What you get

Built around how product teams already work

Board

Collect requests without the copy and paste

Customers submit ideas straight from your app, your site or a shared link. Every request lands on one board with the context attached, so nothing gets lost in a support thread.

Roadmap

Show customers what is coming next

Drag a card between planned, in progress and shipped, and the public roadmap updates on its own. Customers stop asking for status updates because they can see it for themselves.

Prioritization

Decide what matters with real numbers

Every request carries an upvote count and a list of who asked, so you are not guessing which feature to build next. Score effort against impact and let the board sort itself.

Changelog

Announce every release without extra work

Write the release note once and MixFeatures posts it to your changelog, emails subscribers, and links it back to the roadmap card that started it.

How it works

Three steps and you are collecting feedback

01

Set up your board

Add your first board, customize the categories, and drop the widget into your app or site.

02

Let customers weigh in

Customers submit ideas and vote on existing ones. Duplicates get merged automatically as they come in.

03

Ship and announce

Move requests through the roadmap, then publish the changelog entry the moment it ships.

We used to keep feature requests in a spreadsheet nobody trusted. Now the roadmap is the one source of truth and customers actually check it.

I run product for a small team and I do not have time to chase feedback across four tools. MixFeatures is the one place we all check now.

Answers before you sign up

Still stuck on something? Write to us and a real person replies, usually the same day.

It depends on your plan. Starter includes 1 board, Growth includes 5 and Agency has no cap. You can upgrade at any time as your product grows.

You choose per board. Run a public board where everyone can see and vote, or a private one where only your team sees the requests come in.

Yes. Turn on approvals for a workspace and every card needs a sign off before it moves to a public status.

Workspaces keep products apart. Boards, roadmaps, team members and changelogs all live inside their own workspace, and you switch between them from the sidebar.

There is. Create requests, pull votes and manage boards from your own systems. A Postman collection and full documentation come with every paid plan.

Monthly or yearly, per workspace, cancel any time from the dashboard. Yearly saves two months. Upgrades take effect straight away and we prorate the difference.

Your next release is easier to announce

Set up one board, collect a handful of requests and see whether it fits how your team works. Fourteen days, no card, nothing to uninstall.
