MixCertificate – Terms of Certificate Generation
Last Updated: November 24th, 2020
These Terms of Certificate Generation (“Terms”) govern your use of the MixCertificate platform and its certificate creation, management, and distribution features. By using MixCertificate, you agree to these Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Service Overview
MixCertificate allows users to create, generate, and manage digital certificates in bulk. Users can upload their own certificate designs, add dynamic variables, import recipient data, and generate certificates in PDF or image format.
Each Pro Certificate may include a unique verification link hosted on MixCertificate.com for authenticity verification.
2. User Responsibilities
By using MixCertificate, you agree that:
● You own or have the necessary rights to use any logos, templates, designs, or recipient data uploaded.
● You will not upload or generate content that is false, misleading, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
● You are solely responsible for the accuracy of recipient data, including names, email addresses, and variable mappings.
● You will comply with all applicable laws when distributing or sharing generated certificates.
3. Data & Privacy
Uploaded recipient data (such as names and emails) is used only for certificate generation and related services. MixCertificate does not sell or share your contact lists with third parties. For details on how data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
4. Certificate Verification
For Pro Certificates, MixCertificate provides a hosted verification link. While we take steps to ensure uptime and reliability, MixCertificate is not liable for verification link downtime, server issues, or third-party disruptions.
5. Intellectual Property
All tools, software, and interfaces provided within MixCertificate remain the intellectual property of MixCommerce. Users retain ownership of the content, designs, and data they upload but grant MixCertificate a limited license to use that content solely for providing the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
MixCertificate is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. MixCommerce is not responsible for errors in generated certificates, loss of data, downtime, or issues caused by incorrect uploads or integrations.
7. Termination & Account Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to MixCertificate if any misuse, data abuse, or violation of these Terms is detected.
8. Updates to Terms
MixCommerce may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of MixCertificate after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
